Information about the electronic prescriptions

From 01.01.2024 the electronic prescription will come into effect in Germany, therefore also in our clinic. Furthermore, it has to be provided a valid confirmation from the personal health insurance in form of a formal Health insurance card which should be brought physically in our clinic.

This personal contact cannot yet be replaced by a digital process. This is for both, ours and your personal interests.

Until further notice, these are the new rules we kindly ask to follow. In addition, also private prescriptions and other official forms cannot be digital until further notice.
